Kelly Malenya is a Partner and an Advocate in the Disputes Resolution Department. He holds a law degree LLB from Moi University and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. He also holds a Masters LLM in Employment Law from the University of Leicester.

He has interests in litigation, research and human rights and has done various projects at the Kabarak Law School Centre for Jurisprudence and Constitutional Studies. He also contributes on topical legal issues in the Nairobi Law Monthly. In 2015 while doing internship at the Kenya Human Rights Commission ‘KHRC’, he was part of the team that developed the KHRC litigation strategy and the Labour Laws Training manual. Kelly has previously been trained at Mohammed Muigai and CB Mwongela Advocates and worked at the Kenya Human Rights Commission as a Programme Associate in Electoral Governance, and also at G&A Advocates LLP.

Kelly has interests in Human Rights, Constitutional and Administrative law; Employment and Labour Laws, Commercial Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms and legislative drafting.
