His areas of interest increasingly focus on emerging fields of law such as artificial intelligence regulation, cybersecurity, data protection, digital evidence, and technology-driven dispute resolution. He has undertaken a judicial attachment at Kahawa Law Courts, gaining exposure to high-profile criminal cases, and provided pro bono legal aid at Parklands Police Station.
An award-winning researcher and oral advocate, Xavier has been recognised in moot court competitions, public speaking forums, and policy debates. He has served as Co-Chair of the Bureau and President of the General Assembly in the Kenya Model United Nations, reflecting his commitment to justice, and impactful legal service.
