Xavier Gitonga Kithaka is a Legal Assistant at Chimei & Malenya Co. Advocates with hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and litigation support. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Mount Kenya University and holds certifications in International Arbitration and Data Protection Compliance from Strathmore University – CIPIT.

He has been exposed to diverse areas of legal practice, including commercial law, labour and employment law, conveyancing, family law, and criminal litigation. His areas of interest increasingly focus on emerging fields of law such as artificial intelligence regulation, cybersecurity, data protection, digital evidence, and technology-driven dispute resolution. He has undertaken a judicial attachment at Kahawa Law Courts, gaining exposure to high-profile criminal cases, and provided pro bono legal aid at Parklands Police Station.
An award-winning researcher and oral advocate, Xavier has been recognised in moot court competitions, public speaking forums, and policy debates. He has served as Co-Chair of the Bureau and President of the General Assembly in the Kenya Model United Nations, reflecting his commitment to justice, and impactful legal service.
